Q: What services do you specialize in?
I focus on long hair, dimensional colour, and modern, lived-in balayage. Soft blends, bright tones, and styling that lasts. If you’re into low-maintenance hair that still looks high-effort, you’re in the right place.

Q: How do I know which service to book?
Not sure if you need a full balayage or just a tone refresh? No worries—I’ve got you. Check out our service bundles or DM/email for help choosing what fits your goals. Or book a consultation and I’ll plan it together.

Q: Do you offer haircut-only appointments?
Not at this time. I offer trims and shaping as part of select services but focus mainly on colour, styling, and long-hair maintenance.

Booking + Policies

Q: How do I book an appointment?
Click the Book Now button on our website or Instagram. Everything is online for your convenience. If you have questions before booking, feel free to message!

Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps reduce no-shows and ensures your time is protected.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours or no-shows will result in a fee (outlined in your booking confirmation). I totally get that life happens—just keep us in the loop!

Bridal Services

Q: Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! On-site styling is available for local and some destination weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Reach out early—wedding dates fill up fast.

Q: What’s included in bridal services?
All bridal bookings include a personalized trial session, wedding-day styling, timeline guidance, and a mini touch-up kit to keep you fresh. You can also book styling for your bridal party, moms, and guests.

Q: When should I book my trial?
Ideally 1–3 months before your wedding. This gives us time to perfect the look and create a plan that feels totally you.

Hair Care + Maintenance

Q: What products do you use?
I use professional, salon-grade products that support colour-treated and long hair—including bond builders, glosses, and deep hydration masks. I’ll recommend what’s best for you during your appointment!

Q: How long does balayage last?
Our balayage is designed to grow out softly—most clients can go 3–5 months between major sessions, with toner/gloss refreshes in between. I’ll customize a maintenance plan based on your goals.
